Lobster or Beef Wellington Lunch
Friday, 6th November | 12:30pm - 1:30pm
A three-course lunch with a choice at every stage. Begin with scallops in orange and champagne butter or Jerusalem artichoke velouté with truffle chantilly. For the main course, choose filet de bœuf Wellington with sauce marchand de vin and green beans, or demi homard Bleu de Cornouaille with beurre d’escargot and frites. Finish with apple tart and vanilla ice cream, or rum baba with apricot and Chantilly. £75 per person, plus a 12.5% discretionary service charge. Your choice of main course is required when booking.
Les Tres Glorieuses

The Burgundians call it Les Trois Glorieuses. We call it an excellent excuse. Over two evenings, we're honouring the most celebrated weekend in the wine calendar with a Grand Cru, a Premier Cru and a very fine Merusault, all at prix spéciaux and all paired, naturellement, with Chef Robert's à la carte.
